Music
Music is an important part of the liturgy at Holy Name. There are several different music groups that animate each Mass, as well as other special occasions.
Organ music is used to support congregational, choir and cantor singing at the Saturday evening and Sunday morning Masses, weddings and funerals. Keyboard music is used to support Prouille school children's involvement once a month at the Sunday morning Mass. The singing is lead by our wonderful team of Cantors. If you'd like to find out more, or get involved, please contact the parish office.

Organists and Pianists
We need you! Due to a distinct lack of organists and pianists at the moment - especially at the Vigil Mass a call this weekend to anyone “out there” who can play the organ at this Mass. Please contact myself or the office. Fr. Steve
WYSPERS
The WYSPERS music group, who play during Sunday night Mass, would like to extend a huge invitation to all musicians of the parish. Whether you sing, play an instrument, orwould like to help out with theannouncementsand other areas, we'd love to have you there. Generally the older group (16yrs +) cover the 1st, 2nd and 5th Sundays of each month, while the younger group (12-16yrs) cover the 3rd and 4th Sundays, but anyone is welcome to come along each week. We would especially love to have some more singers, and some guitarists. We rehearse from 5:30pm before Mass.
Feel free to contact Paul Mason (paul.mason@optushome.com.au) or Kelly Edmunds(kellyedmunds@gmail.com / 9489 4701) with any questions or comments. Look forward to seeing you there!
The Choir
